What are Regional Learning Modules?
Regional Learning Modules are self-paced, online learning modules available to Vineyard USA pastors. There are three modules, and pastors will receive access to each, one at a time, over the next two years.
When will I receive each of the three modules?
Our Associate National Directors are partnering with individual regions for a set time period, and then will move on to another set of regions after that time period. Every region will be partnered with each Associate National Director over the course of the coming months. Individual regions will receive access to each module when they are partnered with the Associate National Director who curated that module. The modules are Rule of Life (Pastoral Health and Formation, Danielle Pathak), Jumpstart Your Leadership Development (Church Health, Christina Lowery), and Seeking the Heart of Your City or Town (Justice and Evangelism, Josh Williams).
Who has access to the Regional Learning Modules?
Everyone who is in the VUSA records as a current Vineyard pastor will be given access to the Regional Learning Modules. This includes staff pastors. If you think you should have received the link to sign up, but did not, please email Tori McGraw-Rowe at tori.mcgraw-rowe@vineyardusa.org.
Why do the Regional Learning Modules exist?
To come alongside and practically support pastors, to equip them with transforming resources that serve the local church and its ministry.
Through the content in the Regional Learning Modules pastors will be presented with helpful, resourcing information. Pastors are encouraged to practice what they learn in the context of their ministries, and, as they are able through informal conversation with each other and in discussion at area meetings, process what they are learning with others.
What is the goal of Regional Learning Modules?
The Regional Learning Modules are a component part of the Regional Partnerships – intentional periods of connection, resourcing, and support between individual regions and the Associate National Directors of Church Health (Christina Lowery), Pastoral Health and Formation (Danielle Pathak), and Justice and Evangelism (Josh Williams). The online Regional Learning Modules are one aspect of the Regional Partnerships between ANDs and each Region. Through Regional Partnerships, we aim to resource and strengthen relationships between and among individual Associate National Directors, Regional Leaders, Area Leaders, and local church pastors.

Can I access a particular Regional Learning Module early? Will I have access to it after it is over?
Pastors will be given access to each Regional Learning Module during the time in which they are partnered with the Associate National Director who curated the module, and they will keep access to the module once it concludes for them. Pastors will not be able to access modules early.
